Program Manager
Analytica is seeking a Program Manager – AI Risk Management & Standards to support the implementation of the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) across its lifecycle. This role focuses on enabling consistent, efficient, and outcome-driven adoption of trustworthy AI practices through advanced analysis, coordination, and documentation.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technical program management, standards coordination, and analytical synthesis, with the ability to translate complex frameworks into actionable, reusable artifacts. This role emphasizes evaluation planning, operational risk integration, and standards alignment, while supporting Government-led decision-making through research, structured analysis, and clear presentation of tradeoffs and options.Analytica has been recognized by Inc. We offer competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid healthcare, training and development funds, and 401k match.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):AI Risk Management & Framework ImplementationSupport implementation of the NIST AI RMF across the full lifecycleEnable contextual understanding, evaluation planning, and operational risk integrationDevelop evaluation-ready documentation supporting Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV) (planning and synthesis, non-execution)Research, Analysis & SynthesisConduct research on AI governance, risk management, and standards landscapesAnalyze and synthesize complex technical and policy inputs into actionable insightsPresent findings, including:Impacts and risksTradeoffsAlternative courses of action (without decision authority)Standards Alignment & Crosswalk DevelopmentAnalyze AI and non-AI standards frameworks relevant to governance and riskDevelop crosswalks between the NIST AI RMF and other frameworksSupport alignment across standards, evaluation, and risk management effortsDocumentation & Artifact DevelopmentDevelop reusable deliverables, including:Conceptual documentsEvaluation planning materialsCoordination analysesSynthesis reportsDraft suggested language, redlines, and alternative options for Government considerationCoordination & Stakeholder EngagementFacilitate coordination across multi-stakeholder technical and policy effortsIntegrate Government-provided inputs into cohesive outputsPromote traceability and reuse to minimize duplication across initiativesProgram Execution SupportSupport execution of complex, multi-stakeholder technical programsDeliver high-quality, consistent outputs aligned to mission objectivesReinforce AI governance, evaluation readiness, and standards alignmentBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred in Public Policy, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field)5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical or analytical programs3+ years of experience supporting:Standards developmentPolicy initiativesTechnical coordination programsExperience working with Federal Government environments, preferably:NISTScientific, technical, or standards-focused organizationsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)Experience with:AI/ML governance, risk, or assurance frameworksStandards organizations or regulatory environmentsExperience supporting evaluation planning or TEVV-related activitiesStrong ability to translate technical concepts into structured documentationAbout ANALYTICA: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
