You’ll own the full content lifecycle: interviewing customers, developing narratives, writing long-form and short-form content, experimenting with new formats, and helping shape the company’s voice in the market.Please note: This role requires 5 days/week on-site in either NYC or San FranciscoWhat You’ll DoOwn content strategy and execution across blogs, case studies, webinars, social, and thought leadership initiativesTranslate complex product and industry concepts into clear, engaging, high-impact storytellingCreate compelling customer stories that build credibility and drive demandDevelop whitepapers, research reports, launch content, scripts, and executive-facing materialsExperiment with new content formats including video, podcasts, webinars, and social-first campaignsPartner closely with founders, marketing leadership, and cross-functional teams to shape messaging and go-to-market narrativesUse performance insights and audience data to iterate quickly and scale successful content initiativesHelp establish and evolve the company’s brand voice during a period of rapid growthWhat They’re Looking For6+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, editorial, brand storytelling, or related B2B SaaS environmentsExceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with strong creative instinctsExperience creating content across multiple formats including written, visual, and videoComfortable interviewing customers and turning conversations into compelling narrativesFamiliarity with social-first content and modern B2B content distribution strategiesAbility to balance creativity with data-driven decision makingThrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with ambiguity and ownershipBonus points for experience creating on-camera or creator-style content
