Software Test Engineer

Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and design patterns.• Proven experience working with onshore and offshore teams in a global delivery model.• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.• Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.________________________________________Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).• Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).• Experience testing microservices and distributed systems.• Knowledge of BDD/TDD practices.• Prior experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
