Job DescriptionPosition Description: Works with all departments to ensure company's quality standards and procedures are met. Major Areas of Responsibilities Include:Quality Supports Quality Manager in documentation & resolution of customer-related quality issuesTrains teams in quality issue resolution and understanding of quality goalsDevelops and implements QC documentation and proceduresMaintains a current and accurate training databaseTrains teams and new hires on new and relevant documents and work instructions.Manages document control, including web-based document control systems (KMS)Inspects and evaluates procedures and processes for productionSupports Quality Manager in reporting status of quality system for management reviewAssists in writing and monitoring corrective & preventive action reportsCreation of Certificates of Compliance (COC) for all finished products as requiredMaintains daily QC inspection recordsMaintains quality management systemPerforms other duties as assigned LogisticsScheduling and management of all outbound customer shipments within Mauser's Logistics portal and customers' portals, as requiredCreation of international shipping documentation: commercial invoices, USMCA documentsCreation of small package shipments for samples and customer ordersMaintenance of shared shipping calendar Production and Operations SupportCreates production work order packs and stages them for production, including printing bundle labels for finished productsDaily updates to production schedule with previous day's production quantities Enters scrap from previous day's production into SAPReceives completed production paperwork daily from shop floor and prepares it to go to shipping when the order is due to ship Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor degree in related field is preferred or equivalent business experienceDetail oriented, team player and excellent communication skillsKnowledge of UN/DOT regulation is preferredExperience with standards such as ISO and BRC is preferredProficient in Microsoft SuiteSAP experience preferred About UsDo you want to work with people who are dedicated to innovation and making the world a better place?
