Construction Laborer

Job Description The Construction Laborer will support a variety of residential and commercial construction projects, primarily working within small teams of 1-5 people. This role involves day shifts and focuses on basic hand and power tool operation, site preparation, and general labor tasks essential to maintaining efficient and safe job sites.ResponsibilitiesHandle and transport construction materials on sitePrepare construction sites by cleaning and setting up necessary equipmentOperate basic hand and power tools safely and efficientlyRemove debris and maintain cleanliness of the work areaAssist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishingMaintain and care for tools and equipmentLoad and unload construction materials and suppliesSupport skilled tradespersons as needed to facilitate project completion Preferred QualificationsEntry-level experience in construction laborAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong time management skillsProven reliability and punctuality
