Data Conversion Systems Analyst

The Role: This role is responsible for supporting the conversion of large-scale client data into internal systems, with a primary focus on retirement and defined contribution plans, including 401(k) accounts. The Systems Analyst analyzes external data sources and develops technical mapping specifications that transform client records into the organization’s standardized data structures.Working closely with IT teams, software developers, and business stakeholders, the Systems Analyst helps optimize conversion processes, resolve data and system issues, and ensure the accurate and efficient migration of client information.
