Completes special projects as requested by Primary Care Network leadership, reports findings, and takes actions to improve performance. Identifies potential internal control issues, fraud, or errors. Manages daily activities to optimize patient care in a safe and responsible manner. Supports the practice through direct care, knowledge of industry standards, collaborative team efforts, and educational presentations. Acts as a liaison for disposable equipment during its preparation and use on patients. Provides bedside care in various units and educates patients, families, and staff. Performs interventions required on the circuit during therapy. Contributes to maintaining a professional and compassionate workspace. Participates in outstanding customer service and maintains relationships with staff and visitors. Assists in the onboarding, training, and development of new specialists. Facilitates the growth of the program through education, coaching, and outreach opportunities. Performs other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**- Must be familiar with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. [Required]- Needs to have an understanding of finance and an operational understanding of routine accounting functions. [Required]- Must have a working knowledge of personal computer applications and spreadsheet analysis.
