Warehouse Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including the organization, maintenance, and tracking of tools, machinery, parts, and vehicles. This role requires leadership in managing a team of warehouse coordinators, ensuring optimal warehouse operations, and implementing improvements. The Warehouse Supervisor will also handle strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination with other departments to support field experts.
JOB PARAMETERS:

Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, with periodic weekend work/availability expected.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Management
Team Leadership: Provide direction and motivation to warehouse coordinators and technicians. Foster a positive work environment and drive team performance towards company objectives.
Operational Oversight: Ensure all warehouse operations run efficiently and identify opportunities for process improvements. Implement best practices for warehouse management and staff performance.
Administrative Support
Service Titan Software: Oversee the use of Service Titan and other programs to create and manage purchase orders for parts.
Purchase Orders: Supervise the process of pulling purchase orders from completed jobs, creating new orders, supplying vendors, and verifying accuracy. Ensure materials are staged appropriately for the next day's service.
Replenishment Orders: Oversee the receipt and verification of parts from replenishment orders. Ensure discrepancies are addressed and Service Titan is updated accurately.
Data Management: Lead data entry processes for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis. Assist with the preparation of strategic reports for upper management.
Equipment and Tools Management
Maintenance Oversight: Oversee light maintenance of equipment, fleet, and tools. Ensure that maintenance is performed according to schedule and standards.
Equipment Issuance: Supervise the issuance of equipment to technicians and verify conditions. Manage the inspection of returned tools and equipment, addressing any issues with tagging and reporting.
Parts and Inventory Management
Procurement and Delivery: Oversee parts procurement and delivery processes. Ensure job kits are accurately stocked and documented. Implement best practices for hazardous materials storage and disposal.
Inventory Accuracy: Manage inventory accuracy and ensure effective stock replenishment. Conduct periodic audits and adjust processes as needed.
Fleet Management
Maintenance Coordination: Supervise the tracking and coordination of fleet maintenance requirements. Ensure fleet operations align with company standards and schedules.
Other Duties
Facilities Management: Oversee the cleanliness and repair of warehouse facilities. Ensure facilities are maintained to high standards.
Pricing Updates: Manage pricing updates in Service Titan to reflect current rates and cost efficiency.
General: Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND ABILITIES:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in warehouse management or logistics required.
Minimum of three years of related experience; supervisory experience required.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to be firm and direct with technicians.
Experience in routine maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and tools.
Proficiency in using Service Titan, Google Office suite, and other software for data entry.
Ability to execute directions accurately and efficiently, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn and operate various communication systems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods while working with inventory.
Ability to walk, stand, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to push and/or pull 50-pound loads.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
Adherence to all OSHA and WISHA safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and use of mechanical aids for heavy lifting.
Ability to effectively communicate, collect, compile, and prepare work documents.
Ability to interpret, evaluate, and communicate detailed instructions accurately.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Pay: $61,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
