VTC Facilitator

Position SummaryAmerican Cyber Inc. is looking for a VTC Facilitator to support The Department of Defense, US Army, Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) G6, to provide Information Technology (IT) services and Digital Trainer support for the CASCOM and its subordinate organizations, which include the Army Logistics University (ALU), and the Ordnance (OD), Quartermaster (QM), and Transportation Corps (TC) schools.The G-6 mission is comprehensive and includes computer and IT support for Department of the Army (DA) civilians, contractors, and permanent party military personnel.Responsibilities Train users on the proper use and operation of VTC systems. Use scheduling software to ensure appropriate coordination of users, participants, schedulers, and facilitators, providing continuous and trouble-free transmission of conferences. Provide pre-conference testing and set up video teleconferences and/or meetings. Operate crypto keying functions on equipment for secure video teleconferences. Assist customers with access to the SIPRNET Kiosk. Provide technical assistance as a backup to the Cyber Security Division when requested.Minimum Requirements And EducationBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field of studyActive Secret clearanceCompTIA Security+ CertificationThree (3) or more years of specialized experience working in the Microsoft Windowsenvironment supporting Windows Server 2019, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Forefront Threat Management Gateway (Forefront TMG), formerly known as Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA), Share Point, SQL Server 2019 or current releases of all OS and applications.Knowledge of IT concepts, principles and methods.Knowledgeable in the use of software tools and processes to load software images onand configuration to manage the supported computers.Knowledge of PC architecture and hardware and software capability and configurations.Ability to operate all video teleconference systems and have knowledge of facilitationoperations.Knowledge of crypto keying functions of equipment for secure video teleconferences
