Quality Improvement Program Evaluator

Turn data into meaningful improvements with ReDiscover.ReDiscover is seeking a Quality Improvement (QI) Program Evaluator to join our Quality Improvement Department and help strengthen behavioral health services through data, analysis, and process improvement. The QI Program Evaluator combines data analysis with process improvement by developing reports, evaluating program performance, facilitating improvement discussions, and supporting teams in implementing data-informed solutions.ResponsibilitiesExtract, manage, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems, including electronic medical records and other reporting platforms.Apply statistical methods to evaluate program performance, outcomes, service delivery, and improvement opportunities.Identify trends, anomalies, and potential causes by analyzing data and reviewing related workflows and documentation processes.Develop and maintain performance indicators aligned with agency goals, funder requirements, accreditation standards, and quality initiatives.Create clear reports, dashboards, narratives, and data visualizations for staff, leadership, and stakeholders.Translate complex data findings into practical recommendations that support program decision-making.Facilitate meetings with program leadership to review data, discuss improvement opportunities, and track progress.Develop and monitor Action Plans with measurable goals that support continuous improvement efforts.Recommend workflow, documentation, and operational enhancements based on data analysis.Partner with program managers, directors, and clinical leaders to implement improvement initiatives and provide ongoing support.Serve as a QI resource for assigned programs by understanding workflows, identifying barriers, and helping teams develop effective solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, Statistics, Data Science, Informatics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.Experience with data analysis, program evaluation, quality improvement, healthcare analytics, or a related field.Strong foundation in statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, frequencies, cross-tabulations, and t-tests.Experience extracting, cleaning, merging, and analyzing data from multiple sources.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and large dataset analysis.Basic SQL skills with the ability to understand, run, and update queries.Ability to create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Experience with statistical software (SPSS, SAS, Stata) or programming languages such as Python preferred.Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or quality improvement preferred.Why Join ReDiscover?Use your expertise to improve behavioral health services and outcomes in the community.Join a mission-driven organization with more than 50 years of service and impact.Collaborate with leaders across the organization to create meaningful, measurable change.Be part of a culture grounded in compassion, innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
