Works with customer stakeholders to understand their needs, define a program vision and roadmap of features. Assists the customer stakeholders in building good business cases for feature requests so that the IT Governance Committee can appropriately prioritize. All applicants will receive consideration regardless of membership in any protected status as defined by applicable state or federal law, including protected veteran or disability status.ResponsibilitiesThe IT Product Manager (Product Manager) responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Defines Program vision, user personas and roadmap (contribute to longer term - 2 -5 year - product roadmapUnderstands the budget parameters, strategic themes to guide/manage their strategic direction of the solutionUnderstands customer needs, defines Features, determines success criteria (performance measurement), and validate solutionsAssess the business impact of different solutions, and the tradeoffs between business/customer needs, technology requirements and costsTranslates Epics into Features, manages and prioritizes the flow of work through Program Kanban and prioritizes Program backlogFacilitates process mapping, gap analysis, and data flow to help assess business implications of feature, tool, or platform.Possess in depth knowledge of the relationship between business processes and the product supportedAnalyzes and communicates success, performance, time to market, quality, partner health and team engagement metrics to stakeholdersPartners with Architects to conduct Technology AssessmentsAnalyzes the customer needs, understands the team's work and plan for capacity/priority in program backlog.Assists with business case development and budget/cost estimations with customer stakeholdersThe Product Manager reports to the Vice President Information Technology This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.Please consult the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for additional information. Normal office setting with periods of moderate stress. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects/deadlines at one time.QualificationsBachelor's degree in information systems or related field, in lieu of Bachelor's Degree, 4 years of work experience in information systems or a related field.Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and leadership capabilities5 years of Agile experience is strongly preferredScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience is strongly preferredExperience with the business case development preferredIn applicable work group: Licensed candidates must possess and maintain active licensure in accordance with Oklahoma State lawPREFERRED EXPERINCE:POWER BI Incident MgmtINTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
