Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, beverage preparation, and basic food industry procedures as needed to support team operations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is beneficial Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required food handling certifications Experience with food preparation, bussing, cashiering, sanitation practices, and guest relations preferred Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join our team where your passion for hospitality will shine!
