Learning Strategy Supervisor

About the JobAs a Learning Strategy Supervisor, you will assess health literacy, learning preferences, and behavioral techniques to inform patient education materials. You'll oversee the discovery of health literacy insights, recommend enhancements to patient engagement, and maintain relationships with internal teams, applying an EDI mindset and inQ framework to drive inclusive and effective learning strategies. You will also identify innovative approaches to broaden learning strategy expertise and support brand initiatives.A Day in the LifeDevelop Learning Design Guidelines and conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactical plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning design guidelines into creative and tactical development.Apply insight findings to inform brand recommendations, communication strategies, and tactical plans.Supervise and mentor Learning Strategists, presenting findings confidently to internal teams and client partners.Lead and participate in new business pitches, internal workshops, and client presentations, showcasing learning strategy expertise.Foster productive relationships with internal teams, client partners, and senior clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Ensure all work is grounded in needs-based insights, brand opportunities, and a customer-centric approach.What You Will NeedBachelor's degree in Public Health or related field, with Master's degree preferred, and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or CHES-eligible.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and skills in assessing and applying health literacy, learning preferences, and behavioral techniques.5+ years of experience in Public Health, health promotion, or comparable studies, with 3+ years in an agency setting.Solutions-oriented approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.Mastery of health literacy, andragogy, and behavioral theory to guide learning strategies and drive results.Effective storytelling abilities, ensuring clear, relevant, and engaging communication grounded in learning design guidelines and best practices.Ability to apply creative and innovative approaches to health education and promotion, with a focus on equity, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity.Salary$90,000 - $120,000 annually. The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
