Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including framing, trim, remodeling, drywall installation, siding, soffit, fascia, metal siding / roofing and flooring. This role requires proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as experience working on construction sites. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality craftsmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Responsibilities Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. Perform remodeling tasks including kitchen and bathroom renovations. Install drywall and flooring materials with precision. Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of projects. Work with concrete elements as needed for various projects. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems is a plus. Familiarity with flooring installation techniques and materials. Experience in construction painting and drywall installation is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on various construction projects. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks consistently. Must have reliable transportation to and from the Jobsite Must be punctual, hardworking and dependable Needs to have basic hand tools, bags and PPE.
