Mid-Level Backend Developer (Python/FastAPI) with Security Clearance

Job Description What You Will Be Doing: * Designing, building, and maintaining robust backend services and APIs that power data-driven applications. * Close collaboration with Data and Operations teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions in a containerized, Kubernetes-based environment. Developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services using Python and FastAPI. Designing and optimizing database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL. Implementing and tuning search functionality with Elasticsearch. Building, deploying, and managing applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift. Managing infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines with Helm, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices. Collaborating with Data and Ops teams to integrate backend services with data pipelines and operational tools. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance. Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Participating in code reviews and contributing to architectural decisions.
