Operations Coordinator (Administrative) Contract We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Gas Operations Integration Center. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 04/13/2026 04/12/2027 Positions: 1Key Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support to operations teamsPrepare, process, and manage work documentation accurately and timelyHandle permit applications, distribution, and execution processesSupport One Call and site readiness activitiesCreate, update, and execute WMS/Client order typesUtilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentationManage communication via Lotus Notes and internal systemsMaintain high standards of customer service (internal & external)Assist with correspondence, documentation, and office administrationSupport customer complaint resolution processesCollaborate effectively within a team environmentRequired Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working in a team-oriented environmentStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications Experience with WMS, Client, and Lotus NotesFamiliarity with company policies and proceduresBasic understanding of the utility industryIdeal Candidate Detail-oriented and organizedStrong communicator with a proactive mindsetTeam player with a customer-first attitudeAble to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentRate: $24.22 based on experience DTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
