Accounting Revenue Analyst

Job Description:Perform ongoing reconciliations across multiple revenue streams and merchant accounts.Pull and organize data from various systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.Support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with process improvements.Provide support on ad hoc projects and operational needs across the accounting team.Analyze data from multiple revenue sources to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.Assist in monitoring trends, including margin changes, residuals, and potential revenue opportunities.Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data visibility and decision-making.Assist with payroll review to ensure accuracy and completeness.Provide flexible support across the accounting team, including assisting leadership with operational priorities.Assist with recurring compliance-related tasks, including sales tax support, business license renewals, and annual filings.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, data analysis, or a related role.Advanced Excel skills (including working with large datasets, formulas, and data analysis).Experience with SQL for querying and managing data.Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines without direct oversight.Benefits:health insurancedentalvisionlife insuranceidentity theft protectionpaid time off401k (4% match)
