Title: Full-Time World Language Teacher (Grades 9-12)World Language and/or American Sign Language (ASL)Ability to teach both a world language and ASL is preferredReports to: High School PrincipalJob Objective:Plans, implements, and assesses student learning experiences in highschool World Languages. Primary teaching responsibilities are expected to include Spanishcourses based upon student enrollment needs, with the potential to develop and teachAmerican Sign Language (ASL) courses. The teacher fosters students' language proficiency,cultural awareness, and communication skills while preparing them for college, career, andcivic readiness.
