Your expertise in sushi preparation, knife skills, and ingredient selection will ensure the highest quality standards are met consistently. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese-inspired dishes. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food hygiene in all food preparation areas. Select fresh ingredients and ensure proper storage to uphold quality and freshness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow and ensure timely delivery of dishes. Manage inventory levels of seafood, rice, vegetables, and other ingredients, minimizing waste. Adhere to all health regulations and safety protocols while working efficiently under pressure.
