Litigation Paralegal

A national boutique litigation and trial firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Paralegal to join its growing team. The firm offers a congenial work environment with an emphasis on work/life balance. This role provides paralegal, secretarial, and administrative support to attorneys in a fast-paced litigation practice. Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive paralegal, secretarial, and administrative support to attorneysManage case files and maintain accurate electronic and physical recordsPrepare, draft, and file legal documents with state and federal courtsHandle service of process and manage proof of serviceDraft and send discovery requests, responses, and legal correspondenceAssist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial bindersMaintain litigation calendars and track deadlinesCommunicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as neededPerform general office and administrative support functions Qualifications:4+ years of experience as a litigation paralegalBachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferredStrong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal documentsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Experience with court filing systems and calendaring deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitaskSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Salary: $100,000 - $120,000- commensurate with your experience and qualifications Additional Information:This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 2–3 in-office days per week How to apply:Please submit your resume as a WORD document for immediate review and consideration About Round Hill Search:Round Hill Search is a leading boutique legal staffing, placement, and consulting firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
