Maintenance SupervisorSharp Management is seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our apartment community. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and exceptional resident satisfaction.The Maintenance Supervisor provides hands-on leadership, manages preventative maintenance programs, oversees apartment turns, controls maintenance expenses, and ensures the property is maintained to company standards. This position plays a critical role in protecting the asset and supporting overall community performance.Key Responsibilities Include:Leading, coaching, and supervising the maintenance teamEnsuring timely completion of service requests and work ordersManaging apartment turns, capital projects, and vendor coordinationImplementing and maintaining preventative maintenance programsMonitoring and controlling maintenance budgets and supply costsEnsuring compliance with safety standards and company policiesParticipating in on-call rotation and emergency responseRequired Qualifications & Certifications:EPA Certification (Universal preferred)CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certificationHVAC license or equivalent hands-on HVAC experienceStrong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building systemsPrior supervisory or leadership experience preferredThe ideal candidate is organized, technically skilled, and confident in leading a team while maintaining high operational standards.
