Bustem | $100K–$120K base + commission (OTE ~$180K) | NYC preferred (remote for superstars)About Bustem:Bustem partners with high-growth e-commerce brands to identify and eliminate copycats, counterfeiters, scammers, and unauthorized sellers impacting their revenue.Our platform continuously scans marketplaces, websites, ads, and domains to detect brand abuse and enable fast, effective enforcement. Demand is driven through founder-led content, referrals, and strong inbound interest.We’re now looking for an Account Manager who can convert that demand into long-term, high-value client relationships.About the Role:This is a full-cycle, revenue-driving Account Manager role with a strong focus on closing and expanding accounts.You will own the relationship from initial conversation through contract signature and beyond—acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving revenue growth.This is not a high-volume transactional role. It is a consultative, insight-led sales process where you:Diagnose real business challengesQuantify revenue impact and riskGuide stakeholders toward clear, timely decisionsYou’ll work directly with founders, CMOs, and growth leaders at leading e-commerce brands.Key Responsibilities:Own the full deal lifecycleLead discovery, demo, and close conversationsQualify opportunities effectively (fit, pain, urgency, budget)Position solutions based on business outcomes, not featuresQuantify revenue leakage and brand riskManage and grow accountsBuild strong client relationships post-saleIdentify expansion opportunities and drive upsellsPartner with Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retentionHandle objections and drive decisionsNavigate common objections with clarity and confidenceMaintain momentum through structured follow-upsCreate urgency without compromising trustMaintain pipeline disciplineKeep CRM accurate and up to dateManage pipeline with strong organization and forecasting accuracyEnsure no opportunities stall or go unaddressedIdeal Candidate:You are a high-performing, consultative seller who combines strong business acumen with disciplined execution.Consistent track record of closing and expanding accountsStrong control of the sales process and ability to lead conversationsExcellent discovery skills and commercial judgmentClear, effective written and verbal communicationHighly organized with strong pipeline management habitsYou operate with urgency, accountability, and low ego.Required Experience:Proven success in B2B sales or account management (SaaS or high-ticket services)Experience managing full sales cycles and closing dealsStrong consultative selling and discovery capabilitiesComfortable engaging senior stakeholders (founders, executives)Self-directed and execution-focusedPreferred Qualifications:Experience selling into e-commerce brandsBackground in SaaS or performance-based servicesFamiliarity with brand protection, fraud, or marketplace ecosystemsExperience selling retainers or recurring revenue contractsCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $100,000–$120,000On-target earnings: ~$180,000High-impact role within a fast-growing, profitable startupSignificant ownership over revenue and client relationshipsHow to Apply:Please complete the application form below:https://forms.gle/Tiz7vUF97JMawn5Z9Applications submitted without the form will not be considered.
