Day in the Life of a Nurse Practitioner Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services Schedule & Locations Louisville: OTP and Louisville OBOT Target weekly hours: 19 Target schedule: Mondays OTP 5am-11am Wednesdays OBOT 9am-12 Thursdays OTP 5am-11am Saturday OBOT 8am-12 Flexible on days of the week for OTP but must be able to start at 5am.
