Lead Quality & Clinical Excellence Across Senior Living CommunitiesCoordinated Services Management (CSM) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support and oversee quality care, regulatory compliance, and clinical operations across multiple assisted living and skilled nursing communities throughout Virginia.This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-community environment and is passionate about improving resident care, mentoring nursing leadership teams, and ensuring operational excellence.This position requires extensive weekly travel to communities throughout Virginia, as well as regular travel to the CSM Home Office in Roanoke, VA.What You’ll DoClinical Quality & Regulatory OversightConduct monthly audits and on-site clinical reviews at assisted living and skilled nursing communitiesEvaluate medication administration, charting, infection control practices, incident reports, staffing, and resident care systemsMonitor compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality assurance standardsDevelop corrective action plans and follow through on implementationAssist communities with survey readiness and plans of correctionLeadership Support & TrainingMentor and support Directors of Nursing and community leadership teamsAssist with onboarding and orientation of nursing leadership staffCoordinate educational workshops, peer reviews, and clinical training initiativesProvide operational support to communities needing additional clinical oversight or guidanceOperational & Risk Management SupportAssist with investigations related to resident or family concernsMonitor MDS, care planning, infection control, and documentation systemsSupport new community openings and operational transitionsReview healthcare vendor contracts and compliance annuallyQualificationsCurrent RN license in good standing requiredExtensive experience in skilled nursing and assisted living requiredMulti-site clinical leadership or quality assurance experience preferredStrong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulationsExperience with infection control, MDS, quality assurance, and clinical systemsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to travel extensively on a weekly basisProficiency in Microsoft Office and Point Click CareWhy Join Coordinated Services Management?Competitive salary: $115,000–$125,000 based on experienceOpportunity to impact multiple senior living communities across VirginiaCollaborative and mission-driven leadership environment
