Benefits Administrator
Benefits & Wellness Consultant (Remote) ( Long term Contract -1 year) We are seeking an experienced Benefits & Wellness Consultant to support benefits administration across the Americas, including healthcare, retirement, wellness, and work-life programs.Reporting to the Head of Americas Benefits, this role supports employees in the U.S., Bermuda, and Canada within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Location: RemoteContract: Initial contract with potential extensionQualifications5+ years of progressive experience in U.S. benefits and wellness administrationStrong understanding of healthcare, retirement, and work-life benefit programsKnowledge of payroll processes, benefits taxation, and regulatory complianceExperience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with shifting prioritiesStrong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing vendors, brokers, and external service providersFamiliarity with HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferredAbility to handle confidential employee information with discretion (HIPAA knowledge preferred)EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources/Human Capital, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day benefits operations including employee education, vendor management, invoicing/billing, HRIS maintenance (Workday), and employee support inquiriesSupport leave of absence administration and disability/accommodation processes in compliance with federal and state regulationsPartner with payroll on reimbursements, benefit deductions, audits, and reporting requestsAssist with benefits communications, policy documentation, and employee engagement materialsEnsure compliance with benefits regulations including 5500 filings, 1095 reporting, non-discrimination testing, and state filingsDrive process improvements and support ongoing benefits initiatives
