Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Attorney- Workers Compensation/Civil Litigation to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.Responsibilities:Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawQualifications:3 years' experience in in litigationLicensed in Connecticut will report to Windsor Office but may work remotely.
