Representative - PBX Operator
MAJOR FOCUS:
Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees. This position will only be working the overnight shift 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operate a multi-line switchboard as well as a computer-based softphone.
Answering and Transferring of calls for multiple Bally Corporation properties.
Ability to process Room Services orders through POS.
Answering the phones and placing callers on hold in a professional and friendly manner.
Distributing information to callers when necessary (i.e. harness, restaurants, slots and concert information).
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
The physical qualifications listed below are general requirements for this position. The actual exertion level (and frequency of use) can and does fluctuate depending on the individual tasks being performed.
High School diploma education or equivalent required.
Ability to work the overnight shift.
Ability to sit for extended period of time, 8 hours.
Neat and professional appearance required.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
