Our fully owned network infrastructure, resident-first support model, and tailored technology stack enable us to offer a refreshingly different alternative to legacy providers—one rooted in simplicity, reliability, and satisfaction.Role OverviewZentro is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to support the company’s day-to-day contracting needs, with a primary focus on customer and sales-related agreements. This role will work closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to review, process, and manage contracts efficiently while ensuring consistency with approved legal standards and company policies.This position is intended to take ownership of routine contract review and contract operations, allowing the Director of Legal Operations to focus on higher-risk, strategic, and compliance-driven legal matters.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Contract Review & Sales SupportPerform first-level review of customer-facing agreements, including service agreements, order forms, amendments, renewals, and related sales documentsApply approved contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions to support timely sales executionIdentify non-standard terms and escalate higher-risk or non-routine issues to the Director of Legal OperationsPartner closely with Sales and Account Management to explain contract terms, resolve issues, and move deals forward efficientlyTrack contract status, revisions, approvals, and execution to ensure deals close cleanlyContract Administration & Record ManagementMaintain organized and accurate contract records, including executed agreements, amendments, and supporting documentationSupport contract lifecycle management activities such as renewals, expirations, and change trackingAssist with updating and maintaining standard contract templates and clause libraries under direction of the Director of Legal OperationsCross‑Functional CoordinationWork with Finance and Accounting on contract-related questions impacting billing, collections, and revenue recognitionCoordinate with Operations and other internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are accurately reflected in service delivery and internal processesRisk Management Manage insurance related processes including tracking and documenting contractor insurance Maintaining updated insurance documentation for our various departments and customer properties Process & Continuous ImprovementFollow established contract review workflows and escalation guidelines to ensure consistency and risk managementIdentify opportunities to improve contract processes, cycle times, and documentation standardsSupport basic reporting on contract volume, turnaround time, and common deviationsQualifications2–4 years of experience in contract administration, contract review, legal operations, sales operations, or a related roleExperience reviewing customer or vendor agreements in a commercial or operational environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized review guidelinesMust be able to attend, participate in, and effectively communicate during Microsoft Teams meetings, including discussions with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendorsAbility to handle high-pressure situations, including tight deadlines and complex contract negotiations, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracyClear written and verbal communication skillsExperience in construction, telecom or subscription-based services is a plus, but not requiredServe as a day-to-day point of contact for contract-related questions from the Sales teamWhat We Offer Base salary range $55k-$65k (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.  Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing industry.  Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.  Powered by JazzHRnBJzS1PN0S
