Location: Webster , MA Job Description Job Title: Salesforce Developer Job Description: - Build custom business logic and features using Apex (Salesforce’s proprietary language) Building Visualforce pages and LWC components - Designing and implementing scalable application architectures - Connect Salesforce with external systems, third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs - Ensure stable and secure data flow between systems Customize the platform by creating and modifying custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to match specific business workflows Design and maintain no-code automated business processes using tools like Salesforce Flow (the primary automation tool in 2026) to reduce manual tasks and errors Creating and managing custom objects & fields Writing SOQL queries and ensuring data integrity Implementing security and sharing controls - Ensure data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and mass updates using tools like Data Loader or the Data Import Wizard Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) Troubleshoot existing code, identify bugs, and perform regular system updates to ensure platform health and security Create technical specifications, write tests (aiming for recommended SF code coverage for each release) Performing regular audits Preparing the org for Salesforce releases - Updating configurations and code for new features Requirements: 5-7 years Apex, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SOQL/SOSL (Salesforce's query and search languages) Lightning Web Components (LWC) Proficiency in low-code tools like Flow Builder, App Builder, and Validation Rules Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Salesforce DX Experience in JIRA or other Agile tools - Understanding sprints, user stories, acceptance criteria Integrating Agent force and Einstein GPT APIs to build AI-powered solutions
