The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients within the commercial building maintenance sector. Responsibilities include creating and delivering compelling sales presentations, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to close, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of service solutions with client needs. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, and account managementExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with the facility management or commercial services industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation required
