Position: Trucking Operations Coordinator Responsibilities: Communicate with various trucking companies to arrange and oversee truck transfer operations between the ATA and ASCAN stages. Maintain and update the truck scheduling spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Monitor and ensure the punctuality, arrival rate, and load efficiency of truck departures. Optimize trucking scheduling costs while maintaining operational efficiency. Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in truck dispatch and transfer operations.
