Teacher
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, tutoring, and curriculum development, with a focus on providing high-quality education to students.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma
- Teaching certification/license or CDA
- Experience in Montessori, special education, or physical education is a plus
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
