Salary: $15.76 - $20.61 HourlyLocation : City Parks - New Brighton, MNJob Type: SeasonalDepartment: Parks & RecreationOpening Date: 02/26/2026Closing Date: 3/30/2026 6:59 AM CentralFLSA: Non-ExemptBargaining Unit: NADescriptionSeasonal Parks Maintenance Workers maintain and repair park, urban forest and golf course infrastructure in a manner that provides a safe and clean environment and uninterrupted service to visitors.Essential FunctionsThis position encompasses a variety of park maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: grass mowing, weed control, implementing landscaping techniques for erosion control and drainage, general grounds maintenance, and scheduled waste disposal. Responsibilities also include maintaining ball fields, athletic fields, golf courses, recreational play equipment, park buildings, and trails in optimal condition. The role further includes the setup and preventative maintenance of park facilities and programs to ensure safe and efficient operations.
