Candidates should possess strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills to oversee complex on-site projects. Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Coordination skills to manage schedules, resources, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess proven Budgeting skills to control project costs, handle estimates, and support financial reporting. Experience with construction site safety standards, local building codes, and regulatory compliance in California. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors, and maintain clear, professional communication. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with project management and construction tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).Previous experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects is highly beneficial.
