Spec Proc Tech PRN Cath Lab

Special Procedure Technologists will work closely with other Cath Lab professionals and Manager. Assist procedure physicians with various procedures that require sound judgment while in the scrub. Performs in the "scrub, monitor, and float" roles. Perform various procedure related task assigned within license scope and job description. Practices safe Radiologic Safety standards. Cross train as needed to cover Non-invasive Stress lab or other areas deemed necessary.Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:Associates or vocational degree from an accredited radiology program requiredSuccessful completion of registration examination prescribed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist requiredKY state license by Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) is requiredBLS requiredACLS preferred within 3 months, not to exceed 6 months from date of employmentEKG recognition class required prior to completion of orientationEqual Opportunity Employer
