Manager, Systems Engineering

Overview In this role you will lead and optimize the systems engineering tools, processes, and risk management for Terran R. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to keep pace with a demanding launch ramp, shaping verification activities and stage testing while reducing technical risk. You’ll mentor engineers across teams and ensure architecture and trade decisions align with program goals.
