Additionally we work a variety of commercial construction projects across the country including hospitals, stadiums, warehouses, and more. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-stakes, multi-hundred-million-dollar builds, orchestrating complex electrical infrastructure and multidisciplinary teams to deliver the backbone of global digital innovation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end construction lifecycles for hyperscale data center projects, and other commercial projects ensuring strict adherence to Tier III/IV redundancy standards and aggressive timelines.Manage comprehensive project financials, including $100M+ budgets, precise cost forecasting, change order negotiations, and profitability tracking.Serve as the primary executive-level liaison for hyperscale clients, maintaining transparent communication and high-satisfaction partnerships.Coordinate critical electrical milestones, including substation integration, MV power distribution, and the commissioning of UPS and backup power systems.Direct a diverse project team of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, overseeing site safety (OSHA) and rigorous QA/QC protocols.Optimize project scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project to mitigate risks associated with long-lead equipment and supply chain volatility.Strategize with business unit leadership on resource allocation, procurement planning, and the implementation of EPC delivery models.Drive continuous improvement by mentoring junior staff and implementing the latest construction technologies to enhance site productivity.Must-Have Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.10+ years of heavy industrial construction experience, with at least 5 years of working on data centers, hospitals, hospitality, and other commercial projects.Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale MEP systems and medium/low voltage electrical infrastructure.Proven track record of managing $100M+ project budgets and complex contract negotiations.Advanced proficiency in project management software( Procore, Bluebeam, Revit, and Primavera P6).Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage high-pressure site environments and executive stakeholder expectations.Nice to Have Skills:Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.Experience with LEED AP or sustainable "Green Data Center" construction practices.Hands-on familiarity with BIM/VDC coordination and 3D modeling review processes.Direct experience with "Stargate-scale" megaprojects or AI-specific liquid cooling infrastructure.
