Our crews work in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.The RoleRhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking First Mates for our summer season (beginning in May) aboard our high-speed passenger catamarans based in North Kingstown, RI. This is a non-rotational, seasonal position—candidates must be based locally or willing to relocate. Housing is not provided.As First Mate, you will support the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the vessel while helping lead the onboard crew.
