Job Description Project Manager – Commercial Glazing & StorefrontFocus Area:Commercial storefront systems, curtainwall, heavy glass, and commercial window projects.Position Overview:Seeking an organized and detail-oriented construction professional to support and manage multiple commercial glazing projects simultaneously.Candidates with direct storefront or glazing industry experience are especially desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret construction plans and specificationsCoordinate material ordering and project logisticsTake measurements and assist with project planningManage schedules, documentation, and project organizationOversee multiple projects concurrently while maintaining deadlines and quality standardsCollaborate with field teams, vendors, and clients throughout project executionIdeal BackgroundMinimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or related construction roleExperience within storefront, curtainwall, glazing, or commercial window systems strongly preferredComfortable utilizing construction technology and project management softwareStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects in various phases simultaneouslyProject ScopeTypical workload consists of approximately 10–20 active projects at a timeAverage project load is around 15 concurrent projectsProject sizes range from approximately $10K to $8MCompensation:Project Manager: $85K–$100KThis is a flexible opportunity designed to align with a candidate's level of experience, leadership ability, and technical knowledge within the commercial glazing and storefront industry.Company DescriptionHelping companies sustain their highest level of workforce productivity.Company DescriptionHelping companies sustain their highest level of workforce productivity.
