Programmable OperatorOur client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a Programmable Operator to join their team. As a Programmable Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and fabrication teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Clare, MIPay Range: $20Shift: 2nd shift - 4 pm to 12 am (Monday thru Friday) 3rd shift - 10 pm to 6 am (Sunday thru Thursday) overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time - overtime can be heavy, including weekendsWhat's the Job?Inspect incoming materials for quality specifications and quantities.Operate and program robotic welders and CNC machines to fabricate products.Set up machines, adjust process variables, and verify accuracy with measuring devices.Maintain inventory control by labeling and tracking raw materials.Record labor, downtime, and other production data accurately in the system.What's Needed?Experience or education related to machinery, CNC programming, or welding.Knowledge of blueprint reading, AutoCAD, and thermal cutting machinery is preferred.Ability to operate machinery with precision and attention to detail.Ability to obtain a Crane License and forklift license.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience with advanced CNC and robotic welding equipment.Potential for skill development and career growth.Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality.Competitive pay rate and stable employment.
