Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Aand HVAC systems; implementing maintenance programs; ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; and responding to urgent guest or property needs with professionalism and urgency. We value candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, sound problem-solving skills, and a track record of maintaining quality in a guest-focused environment. Certifications or trade credentials are a plus, as is experience working in a luxury hospitality setting.
