Trade Finance Analyst IntroWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trade Finance Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract basis, with the potential for a six-month extension. This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days on-site at our office located at 250 Vesey Street, 23-24 FL. Ensure all activities and transactions are processed in accordance with the Bank's Standard Operation Procedures and compliance regulations. Prepare and review Standby Letters of Credit drafts. Respond promptly and effectively to requests, concerns, and complaints from customers and internal teams. Handle daily and monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Manage the billing process for out-of-pocket expenses related to SBLC transactions. Handle investigations to respond to client inquiries. Champion a customer-focused culture and contribute to an inclusive work environment.Trade Finance Analyst Mandatory Skills 1-2+ years of banking experience in Trade Finance operations. Knowledge of International Banking and Trade Finance operations. Working knowledge of ISP98, UCP600/ISBP. Excellent skills in Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat. Experience with SWIFT messages related to Trade Finance transactions. High level of attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team. Ability to remain calm and effective during high-pressure situations.Trade Finance Analyst Desired Skills Working knowledge in the T360, BESS, LoanIQ, CorrRisk, TLM, GTX systems is a plus.
