Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an AI/ML engineer located in Irving, TX. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, as well as building scalable data pipelines and integrating AI-driven capabilities into existing systems. The role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, data processing, and software engineering practices. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business use casesWork on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluationBuild and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflowsIntegrate machine learning models into production systems and APIsCollaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teamsMonitor model performance and implement improvements over timeParticipate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementationContribute to the overall architecture of AI/ML solutions Required QualificationsStrong programming experience in PythonHands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorchSolid understanding of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, etc.)Experience working with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQLFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or AzureUnderstanding of software development practices, including version control and testingStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Preferred QualificationsExperience with data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, or SnowflakeKnowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment and monitoringExperience building APIs or integrating models into production systemsExposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP-based applicationsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments Work Environment & BenefitsW2 contract engagementLong-term opportunities with enterprise clientsRemote or hybrid work options depending on project requirementsExposure to modern AI/ML technologies and large-scale systemsCollaborative and fast-paced work environment
