Job Title: Human Resources AssociateType: Permanent Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite/1 day hybrid)Position SummaryThe Human Resources Associate provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team. This role plays a key part in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support across all HR functionsServe as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, resolving or routing questions as appropriateMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, I-9 documentation, and compliance-related materialsDigitize and organize employee documentation to ensure efficient recordkeepingManage job postings across job boards, company website, and social media platformsConduct high-volume resume screening and coordinate candidate flow to hiring managersPartner with hiring managers to perform initial phone screens and recommend candidates for interviewsCoordinate and verify employment and background checks as neededReview and process new hire onboarding documentationGenerate and analyze HR reportsAssist with employee engagement initiatives such as events, recognition programs, and internal communicationsAssist in updating and maintaining job descriptions across the organizationManage and distribute internal communications such as company newslettersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred1+ year of HR, administrative, or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with HRIS systems
