This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, outdoor environments, and being part of a large-scale live event production.Location: Miami, FLTear Down Dates: Saturday April 25th - Monday April 27th, 2026What We're Looking For:Recent and relevant general labor or event setup experienceAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environmentComfortable working even in unfavorable weather (rain, cold, heat)Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-throughPunctuality, professionalism, and attention to detailAbility to follow safety procedures at all timesInterview Process:Resume review applicants must have recent experience in general labor, event setup, construction labor, or similar rolesQualified candidates will be contacted by a TSC Recruiter to discuss the role in detail and review Cirque du Soleil's safety standards and expectationsPrimary Responsibilities:Assist with tent setup, stage build-out, bleachers, backstage structures, and site installationLoad, unload, and move materials and equipmentFollow direction from supervisors and technical crewsAssemble and disassemble event infrastructureOperate basic tools and equipment safely (training provided as needed)Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaWear required PPE at all times: hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe shoesRequirements:Minimum 1 year experience in general labor, warehouse labor, construction labor, event setup, or similar physical workMust be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust be able to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in teamsWillingness to assist in any additional tasks assigned by supervisorsMust have reliable transportationMust be 18 years of age or olderMust provide and wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe shoes) company may provide additional items if neededPhysical Demands:Extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling for up to 8 hoursAbility to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbsAbility to work outdoors on uneven ground and in variable weatherUniform:Safety vest (required)Hard hat (required)Steel-toe boots (required)Weather-appropriate layers (recommended)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryWork Location: In person Hallandale Beach, FLThe Service Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
