This role combines direct sales efforts with project management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to take ownership of your earnings and career growth.As a key representative of Prowest Roofing, you will focus on generating leads, building customer relationships, closing sales, and overseeing project execution to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a commission-only role, with uncapped earning potential for high performers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Conduct door-to-door sales in targeted neighborhoods to identify potential customers in need of roofing services.Sales Presentations: Educate homeowners and businesses about our roofing services, conduct roof inspections, and provide estimates.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction.Project Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle, coordinating with installation teams and ensuring timely completion.Documentation: Prepare and manage contracts, project documentation, and payment schedules.Problem-Solving: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.QualificationsStrong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.Sales experience (door-to-door or similar) is a plus but not required.
