At its core, Happy Plate Concepts is about fostering a sense of home where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leadership Team role based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across one or more Happy Plate concepts, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and guest service. Responsibilities include leading and coaching team members, support hiring and onboarding, scheduling, and performance management. The role will monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost control, and help implement company initiatives that drive sales and profitability. The Team Leader will also champion a people-first culture, uphold safety and compliance standards, and collaborate with senior leadership on continuous improvement and community-focused projects.QualificationsProven leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit operations, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop diverse teams.Strong operational management skills, including scheduling, inventory oversight, quality assurance, and adherence to health and safety standards.Business acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions.Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills with guests, team members, and community partners.Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, people-centered culture and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adapt to changing priorities across multiple concepts.Experience leading or supporting new openings, property refreshes, or community engagement initiatives is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality, business, or related fields is beneficial.
