Shift Availability, Pay, Differential & BonusWe are currently hiring across multiple shifts. Join us as an Assembler and help build high-quality air conditioning units that keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round.This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, safety-first manufacturing environment with strong opportunities for advancement.Basic FunctionAssembles air conditioning units and components using hand and power tools, following blueprints and work instructions to meet quality and production standards.What You Will DoAssemble components and finished products using hand and power toolsFollow blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructionsInspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality standards are metIdentify and report defects or production issuesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S)Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsSupport continuous improvement initiativesUse basic computer systems to track production and inventoryFollow all safety policies and wear required PPESupport overtime and production demands as neededHow You Will Do ItFollow standardized work instructions and assembly processesUse tools and basic problem-solving skills to complete tasks efficientlyWork closely with team members and leadership to meet production goalsMaintain focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate flexibility to support overtime or production needsWhat We Look ForTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsComfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracyEffective communication and teamwork skillsMilitary experience or technical training in the armed forces is preferredLANGUAGE ABILITYAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Computer SkillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).WORK ENVIRONMENTThe employee is regularly exposed to a manufacturing environment, including noise, dust, and moving equipment.Working Conditions And Physical RequirementsAbility to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environmentAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs as neededAbility to perform repetitive tasks involving hands and armsAbility to work in a noisy and industrial settingAbility to work overtime as requiredHIRING HOURLY RANGEHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $18.28 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
