Conducting routine maintenance activities, painting, plumbing, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalk.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesRegular attendance and punctuality required Clean building floors by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxingClean windows, doors, glasses, and mirrorsChange filters on air handling unitsService clean and restock restroomsRun the floor scrubber on a weekly schedulePerform minor repairs needed throughout the facilityMaintain a cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspectedOrganize storage areasEnsure grounds are clean and orderlyDispose of materials using pallet jackDust furniture, walls, machines, and equipmentWipe down door handles and high touch areas with sanitizing solutionPromote good housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
