Base Salary: $110K - $165KBenefits: Strong healthcare, Bonus Structure & Per DiemAbout the ClientWe're working with a market leader in Commercial & Industrial Construction hiring for Project Managers to strengthen their operations in North Carolina (across their multiple offices). The candidate should be comfortable leading projects over $15M and show ambition to progress within the company. This GC is growing and aims in the next five years to be one of the key players in the region so is looking for PMs that want to help them achieve that growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading engagement with subcontractors andAssist the senior team with strategy, SchedulingControl risk and risk factorsSite visits to support field/Junior team membersManage relationships with existing and new clientsEnsure estimates reflect the requirements of a projectMaintain documentation, reports, and project recordsManage and monitor project schedulesKey Role Requirements2+ years as a PM within Industrial or Commercial ConstructionConfidence working autonomously and overseeing the full life cycle of a projectHard working and demonstrate ambition to grow within a companyExcellent communication, decision-making and organizational abilitiesOSHA 30 preferred
